BPA Approved

a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the DOD under the Group 4-Electronic
Product Code (EPC) Technical Engineering Services portion of DOD's Passive
RFID EPC-1 program. Under the BPA, VeriSign can be engaged by the DOD
to aid in the strategic evaluation, planning and implementation of RFID
